I had heard that the recent Valentine’s Day snow had impacted many florists in the area, so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get anything delivered quickly.Kelly was the first florist to actually pick up the phone, and she was very accommodating. She told me she would find a way to pull together something tasteful for our friend. On Monday morning, she sent me the attached photo and confirmed delivery. I couldn’t be happier — perfect arrangement for a widower. Also, the contact-free Venmo payment is super convenient. I’ll definitely be looking Kelly up next time I need flowers delivered in the local area. Highly recommend.
